At LCG we recognise the importance of meeting our clients' expectations. To achieve this, we have a rigorous process that begins with assigning an Advisory Board member to every consulting project.
Our advisors are either industry experts or professional strategy and management consultants, with whom we have signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect our clients' information.
These experts work closely with our team to navigate the challenges of each project and ensure that we deliver results that meet expectations.
Our selection process begins once the client signs the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
The project is then launched to the LCG general body, and interested participants are able to apply to be selected. Our selection process ensures that we curate the best-fit team for each project. We assess candidates based on their technical expertise, industry knowledge, and their fit for the engagement.
Based on these criteria, we select a team of two Engagement Managers and six to eight Associate Consultants to work on the project.
At LCG, we provide customized consulting services tailored to meet each client's unique needs. After our initial meeting with the client, we create a tentative engagement scope that breaks down the project into phases and maps it onto a timeline.
The charge for the project is calculated based on the duration of the engagement and the technical requirements of the project.
It's important to note that our tentative scope, timeline, and quotation are negotiable.
LCG is a consultancy group primarily run by undergraduate students and is not officially affiliated with faculty members or postgraduate students. All projects within our society are overseen by the Executive Council and our advisory board.
As a strategic and management consultancy group, LCG focuses on providing advisory services and strategic recommendations to our clients. Therefore, we are not involved in the implementation or execution of our clients' scope of work.
